It aims to promote healthy aging by preventing and treating diseases and disabilities in older adults, while also addressing the physical, mental, and social changes associated with aging. The journal covers key areas such as biogerontology, sociogerontology, psychogerontology, and geroscience. OAJGGM is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge related to the management and treatment of physical, mental, emotional, and social challenges in geriatric populations through advances in geriatric medicine. The journal publishes a wide range of article types, including original research articles, reviews, mini-reviews, short communications, opinions, and letters to the editor.
