He will (b. 1972) received the Licenciate (5 year) degree in Electrical Engineering from ISEL (2005), Master degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from IST (2008) and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from FCT-UNL (2015). Since 2001, he lectures at ISEL in Engineering Systems.
