Abstract
Artificial Intelligence and its advanced level integration open path to several new technologies like Bionic and Cyborg. Present work discussed about Bionic hence I am not focus to Cyborg now which is equally emerging research. I have started my working on Bionic since last 6 years for my Ph.D. Bionic Brain Theoretical and mathematical modelling and mapping for Humanoid and Super-AI applications and in results came out with several possible solution from those one I am discussing here through developed model. This model specially emphasized Bionic Brain engineering in Humanoid for Human like Natural Intelligence and thinking processing abilities with engineered Ultra Artificial Intelligence (UAI). In present research paper I have developed models for ANN, GA, GP, ML, DL, NLP, IP, and MV and so on.

Introduction
Neuroscience is most important subject which gives information about world most complex biological intelligence system i.e., Brain, how reasoning, Knowledge and creativity possible for it, give data and information of brain functioning. When strong and successful results, theories and, practices achieved in it, Human race start to think, why not we mimic our brain. And the result of thinking, dreaming and Engineering to obtain it, in the result term “Artificial Intelligence”. We much familiar with the term A.I., it is science and Engineering to design electronic logic which function like God made brain (natural intelligence) on silicon wafer which is manmade called Artificial Intelligence. Researchers, engineers and practitioners got succeed to design and implement two types of A.I. i.e., Hardware A.I. and software A.I. with two different natures i.e., weak A.I. and strong A.I., and humanoid and Android examples of strong hardware A.I. and software A.I. respectively [1]. We are the civilization which living in hi-tech IT world and WWW and due to computing (Specially Advanced Micro/nano Processors) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Engineering with modeling, simulation and Advance chip fabrication as sell as programming languages, human race exits from weak A.I. and jump into strong A. I. and result of its ASIMO (Advanced Step in Mobility) first its kind of successful Humanoid Robot. Came with various version of it and manufactured by HONDA. ASIMO has ability like speech recognition, image processing, human-like movement processing, voice generation and self-programming algorithm, but researcher, practitioner and engineers still fail to engineer love, emotions, feelings, ability of wise self-decision-making and to distinguish good or bad activities to do and moving for it. But here my objective is different to discuss with the help of this Science Fiction article with term “Ultra Artificial Intelligence (UAI)” [2]. Since Darwin’s years, Human started to use their brains potentially, like logical & arithmetic, reasoning, creativity, gestures, languages and their means encoding & decoding to response each other, but perhaps human being start to brain for knowledge, reasoning, creation and intelligence development. At present unfortunately we using it and how it functioning fail to know; Today’s psychologist, neurologists and practitioners shows several research results but still uncertainty maintained from that era to this era, how human brain work; And up to what level we knew it we convert it artificially on silicon chip using ICs fabrication technology like ULSI and Nanotechnology. Today’s researcher even able to design and implement ICs which work similar like human brain with the success to convert biological Neuron mesh and engineering using tools ANN and advanced computer languages and algorithms called “Bio-electronic” in short “Bionic” Brain [3].
Modelling
Bionic Brain Core Function Design Model (BBCFDM)
This model is fully focused core functions of Bionic Brain with high securities hence called as “Bionic Brain Core Function Design Model (BBCFDM)”.This model has “four core functions “ of Bionic Brain modeling and those are “self-update programming, emotions control programming, social, ethical and violence control programming and self-Decisions and control programming “.All these core functions interconnected with data and information “i/p and o/p data-links” with Bidirectional I/p routines, calls and sub-routines and complete core modules further secured with high security “fire walls” [4]. The self-update programming is “Machine Learning (ML)” part where this Bionic Brain engineered with ability to self-think and become more and more intelligent with environment learning and experience gains. The second core function focuses emphasis on how to design Human-like emotions with full flagged emotion control to prevent human beings from any kind of robotics harm and violence. The next one is most important core function i.e., “Ethical, Social and Robotics violence control programming “to prevent Human and Societies mulfunctions, robot enemies and Robots rule on mankind situations. The last one is “Self-Decision and control programming “with violence situation “self-destruction” [5]. Bionic Brain Humanoid Robotics design and production for self-execution for any task without any human input and commands (Figure 1).

Bionic Brain Humanoid Interaction Model (BBHIM)
This is the last model I have developed labeled as “Bionic Brain Humanoid Interaction Model (BBHIM)”. This Bionic Engineering is most important for social interaction of Humanoid Robots with NLP and behavior like “ASIMO” by Honda [6]. In this flow Model Engineering two important and precisely designed input “Neural schemas” and “genetic program” given to “ Bionic process and control unit “ for mature human like intelligence process and decisions- making which generate in the form of “Strong/Super AI output” and “Strong/ Super AI controls” which further loaded to “Humanoid H/W with sensors, motors, speakers, transducer, actuators and functors” [7] to generate final Bionic Brain “Humanoid Response “ to interact with external world for task with feedback system (Figure 2).
Layers Diagram of Humanoid Robotics
(Figure 3) This is second explored model of mine and labeled “Layered Diagram of Humanoid Robotics” In this model major emphasis not on hardware (BODY), but Software (SOUL) part and segmented into four layers L1, L2, L3 and L4 with ‘Robotics hardware, AI Schema’s, Biological signal conversional, synthesis, recognition and processing schemas and Human-Robots (IN/ OUT) Interaction/interfacing Schema’s respectively. The basic intension to produce that model is too aware about the fact of intellectuality requirement in humanoid software development, which is 100 times difficult topic as compare to general users or weak-AI software’s development [8]. This model highlighted how one can engineered strong-AI for Humanoid Robotics. We much aware about Robotics Hardware i.e., L1 layer hence I skipped it and start to processed from layer L2 i.e., A-I Neural Schema’s these are ultra-strong AI programs or set of programs to copy human-like processed since Turning Machine to till the date [9]. These schemas are sophisticated and engineered logic for human like Thinking, speech Synthesis and recognition, pattern/ image processing (machine vision), precise angular movements, feelings, facial expression, emotions, love, smartness, self-learning decision-making and so on [10-13]. But to send data/information up to these schema’s layer L3 play very vital role i.e., ‘Biological signal conversions, recognitions and processing schema’s ‘these schema’s convert, identify and process in Humanoid human voice, image/faces, touch smell, text and likewise things, but again to accept all these in electronic data formats from physical and Natural human formats Layer L1 is very important i.e., ‘Human- Humanoid Interfacing(HHI)’ people often called interfacing or GUI/HCI schema’s which accept human input from sensors and transducers and software schema’s .These three important layers may engineered as individual schema’s or integrated schema’s [14-16].


Conclusion
Now after discussion I would like to conclude my words. I have communicated how one can get insight to Bionic Brain engineering with special interest to Humanoid with the help of model. I have exhibited all the designing possibilities if one can want start Bionic Brain engineering from fundamental.
