Abstract
People have different moods for music. Some like soft music and some people have interest in loud music. During travel, music is a best pastime. Neutrophils synthesize leukocytes. It signals pyuria which causes urinary tract infection. This study was conducted to check relationship between leukocytes and music listening during travel. 13% students with positive urine leukocytes and 67% with negative urine leukocytes like music listening during travel. On the other hand, 1% with positive urine leukocytes and 19% with negative urine leukocytes don’t prefer music during travel.

Introduction
Different people have different moods for music during travel. Some people like soft and love songs. Some people prefer loud and hiphop music. It totally depends upon mood. Music freshens up the mood of a person during travel. As it doesn’t let people get bored when they are traveling alone to far off places. Normally, it takes the person to another imaginary world. And people forget all their worries and anxieties and think about their past. Sometimes, music helps in sleeping during long road trips. If a person is fed up of watching cars on the road during travel, music can help him to distract attention from the road.
Neutrophils are responsible for leukocytes synthesis. Leukocytes involved in signaling of pyuria which is linked with urinary tract infection (UTI). Reagent strip should be given 5 minutes for color change to get accurate and significant detection of pyuria [1]. White blood cells may be present from inflammation or infection [2]. Organisms responsible for pyuria might be ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia [1]. Before developing reagent strip for leukocytes esterase test, urine sediment must be examined microscopically for detecting urine leukocytes. Microscopic examination of sediment provides normal value of leukocytes. It varies from 0-2 to 0-5/high power field. Women have much higher value as compared to men because of contaminated vagina. This increased level of leukocytes indicates UTI. If LE test gives positive result than there are chances of bacterial presence [3]. This study was conducted to check relationship between leukocytes and music listening during travel.
Materials and Methodology
Required materials are following apron, reagent strip, gloves, urine sample, colored chart, container for specimen collection, anti-bacterial soap and waste bin. This urine test was performed on 100 students including both male and female. Urine was collected in container and then after putting on gloves test strips were dipped in the sample for two seconds in a way that all the test pads were covered with sample. After that, strip was left for 60 seconds so that strip changes its color. Then results were compared with colored chart. All the obtained results were written on the paper. Waste materials were than discarded in the waste bin and then hands were washed thoroughly with the antibacterial soap. Negative values in the result show normal report and positive value show abnormality.
Results
Relation between music listening and urine leukocytes is listed in table 1. 1% male and 12% female with positive urine leukocytes and 11% male and 56% female with negative urine leukocytes listen to music during travel. No male student and 1 % female student with positive urine leukocytes and 3% males and 16% females with negative urine leukocytes don’t like music listening during travel Table 1.
Conclusion
Relation between music listening and urine leukocytes is listed in table 1. 1% male and 12% female with positive urine leukocytes and 11% male and 56% female with negative urine leukocytes listen to music during travel. No male student and 1 % female student with positive urine leukocytes and 3% males and 16% females with negative urine leukocytes don’t like music listening during travel Table 1.
