Introduction
Previous studies have demonstrated the therapeutic effectiveness of infrared photon pulse therapy for various diseases [1-3], including in patients with Covid [4,5], sports injuries and diseases [6].
Purpose of this study: To study the effect of infrared photon pulse therapy on cognitive function in patients with chronic cerebrovascular accident.
Material and Treatment Methods
The patients under observation were aged 70-80 years with stage 2b hypertension, chronic cerebral ischemia, atherosclerosis of cerebral vessels and vessels of the brachiocephalic trunk. To assess cognitive functions and treatment results, the Mini mental state examination test was used. According to this test, 2 patients showed signs of mild dementia (19-23 points), and 2 patients showed signs of moderate dementia (13-18 points). All patients took standard drug therapy. However, they did not experience clinical improvement. With the consent of the relatives, infrared photon pulse therapy was used. The treatment used a portable device "Surya" - equipped with lamps covered with 4 types of functional ceramics RC, GI, ZB, KL. As well as local infrared emitters RC,GI,ZB, KL.
Treatment Results
Patients receiving photon pulse therapy for 3 months experienced clinical improvement. During the repeated MMSE test, patients scored higher than in the first test. All patients experienced an improvement in memory, the ability to remember and reproduce information, recognize their relatives, neighbors, objects, orient themselves in a place, space, and find their home while walking. Conclusion
a. The data obtained confirm the regenerative effect of infrared photon pulse therapy.
b. Infrared photon pulse therapy restores damaged brain neurons and neural connections in patients with cognitive impairment of vascular origin.
