Abstract
I started keeping notes on what I thought might be Monkey Pox (Mpox) when it occurred back in March. I still have the original pimple like remnant which isn’t healing. I do have anemia. In this paper, we provide the pathology of undiagnosed MPox. I had showed the original lesion on my right arm for which he prescribed a topical corticosteroid (0.25%) It may not be related to the Mpox. The virus hasn’t cleared up after 3 months of rashes and itch, swollen lymph nodes, and fatigue.

Introduction
I contracted what I think is Mpox- undiagnosed. The rash and lesions have lasted over 3 months. The rash on my knee (pictured below) is still very itchy. The itch comes and goes over my body. I noticed a benign hive near the thumb on my right hand. It looked a bit live a Mpox hive but didn’t develop into a pustule nor scab. Then I noticed some small lesions on my leg near my left knee. I just thought they were pimples although I never had pimples on my legs before. It covered an area of 150 sq in.
I wasn’t itchy at all until today -four weeks after the hive. A roomate developed a skin rash on his right wrist. It went away within 24 hours. Now the same area on my right leg developed pimples. I looked up the images on Google images and noticed they look like Mpox. Then I happened to notice a linear series of scabs about three inches long. I peel off the scabs and put some skin save on the lesions. It tamed the scabs. Bu tit is healing very slowly. So are the pimples on my left knee. I had put some save (Desoximetasone 0.25%) on my thumb hives. They have disappeared. I’m still itchy all over. The hives on my had appeared about 2 months ago. A pimple on my knee appeared about 3 months ago. It never healed.
I looked up that Pox is contagious, and it lasts for 2-3 weeks. It is supposed to be painful. I have had the smallpox vaccination when I was a baby. I was born in 1967.I told my supervisor that I think I may have MPox. He said he doubted that I had it. I think I’ll serf isolated for 3 weeks just to be safe. The test for Mpox is to swipe a rash. Another symptom is double vision and rotary vertigo. It may or may not be related. I also have canker soars in my mouth.
I visited my 88-year-old mother at the nursing home on May 6,2023. Then again, I visited her on May 7,2023. She complained of a soar throat -a symptom of MPox. (16.8% of MPox patients complain of a sore throat.) She said she had never felt this way before. She also has Alzheimer’s Disease. I thought inadvertently gave my mother MPox. After two -three months, my MPox is receding. The lesions are abating and the itch which lasted only a few days is mostly gone. No one dies from MPox, but the elderly can die from complications such as pneumonia.
On May 7th she was complaining of ice-cold hands. MPox is known to affect the heart. However, the next viit, her throat was clear, and hands were not as cold. Her left arm was soar. Perhaps it was a stroke. I noticed on May 12th that the red blotch marks are coming back. I put some of the topical corticosteroid 0.25% on the small pimples on my left leg. I’m getting a bit itchy all over my body again, but so far it isn’t too bad. I had a bout with diarrhea on this date. On May 13th, I vomited violently during the night. My chronic bronchitis was severed last night. The air quality where I live is poor. My research found that no one dies from MPox; just from complications in mostly elderly. The virus is spreading on my left knee. There is pimple like lessons. The hir on my legs is starting to grow back. I’m also taking methionine and B12 and glutathione (Figure 1).
May 18th, I vomited again but only a bit of dark brown phlegm came up. It looks like coffee, but it must be blood coming from the lungs. I do have confirmed chronic bronchitis. I slept all day despite going to bed before midnight. May 20th: still itchy on my right hand and my left knee. The knee rase seems to be getting worse. The itch sensation is very strong. I also have extreme fatigue. I have the symptoms of MPox: Rash, Fatigue, Swollen Lymph nodes under the right jaw. I don’t have a fever, however. I wonder why the MPox is hanging on so long. I’ve had lesions for more than 3 months. It is supposed to last 3 weeks. I expected to have recovered by now. Perhaps it’s a superbug.
