Introduction
Some thinker are convince that the state of mind of people in a given age is influenced most by the contemporary philosophers. It cannot be denied that, for example, the theories formulated by Friedrich Nietzsche and George Hegel influenced historical events in the twentieth century. The followers of the left-wing Hegel philosophical school, including Engels, Marx, Lenin and Stalin, who established the Communist regime later fought in the Second World War with Nietzsche's and the right wing hegelians proponents. Many social phenomena of the 21st century are related to concepts spread by postmodernists.
Since the days of the French Revolution and the emergence of first democratically-run countries, the eternal philosophical dispute between materialists (agnostics) and idealists (creationists) has become more important. To discuss this important factor shaping the mental state, it is necessary to recall the findings made by neuroscientists. Namely they argue convincingly, that in each population there are people with opposing liberal and conservative views because it is conditioned by regularities of the development of brains [1-3].
In a society characterized by good public health the recognition of the equal rights of people representing the attitude and views of the left and right wings is important for the positive mental state of population. Sometimes however the dispute between traditionalists (conservatives) and liberals takes on an exaggerated form. Counteracting of such a confrontation should be one of the goals of the widely understood promotion of public mental health [4,5].
The possibility of promoting a favorable public mental health is greater if one remember that among metaphysical attitudes exists also so-called "third way". They are the opinions of people who profess the pantheist ideas, formulated from antiquity, but fortified by the works of Baruch Spinoza. According to this metaphysical concept there was no Creator because the world exists since ever and forever. The concept of God is here equated with the whole substance of the universe. The legitimacy of the pantheistic concept is not canceled by recent cosmological theories such as the Big Bang theory and even theories that assume the existence of many universes. It should only be added that however the universe exists since ever and forever but it changes and takes different forms.
Such an ontological vision of the universe can be complemented and extended to reflect on the meaning of human existence, i.e., sense of each of us as well as the whole species Homo sapiens sapiens. Then the recognized worldview has properties that counteract pessimism and depression. It has the qualities important for the promotion of positive public mental health.
The considerations of possible cosmological sense of human life was conducted by a few physicists, cosmologists and philosophers. One of the undersigned authors (A.B.) published such deliberations as early as 1990-2002 [6,7]. In 2007, I inserted in English Wikipedia the entry entitled: "Cosmological meaning of human life". This entry was corrected on the language side by many "native speakers" and was maintained in the English language version of this popular encyclopedia for about 8 months. After a few months the sysops decided to take down this entry. One of them (Anas, 14.05.2007) justified this decision as follows:
"I know it is frustrating to see an article this long go down the drain, but the article in its current state is full, if not completely, of original research-not acceptable in an encyclopedia". The content of this entry is available online [8].
Very soon other authors have proposed similar hypotheses. In particular, James N. Gardner published a book entitled: "Biocosm - The new scientific theory of evolution. Intelligent life is the architect of the universe"[9].
The necessary assumption of the mentioned theories is the hypothesis of the existence the universe, which reproduced itself cyclically [10]. It would be worthwhile to trace the complete justification for the assertion of Garner's sub-title: "Intelligent life is the architect of the universe." The limited volume of the Chekhov's corner article, however, allows to present only the essence of these theories in the form of a series of statements, with omission of justifications.
Theory of Necessity of People's Participation in Reoccurrence of Sub- Universe
There are the need to consider if the occurrence of the selfawareness of people, just 13 billions years after so called Big Bang and evoked by conscious decisions fast and permanent drive to understand everything and progress in technology is random?
The actual phase of the development of the Universe, characterized by occurrence of the self-awareness of people should be understand in the context of the evolving Universe. Most of contemporary cosmologists maintain that the Universe comes out from primary singularity, it means from a very dense bunch of matter or ' quantum foam. The Big Bang theory is confronted recently with the endless cycle universe theory, among others in the works of Paul Steinhardt et al. [11,12].
At the surface of the planets (at last on our planet) so called biological life has emerged [13]. After 13 billions year of the cosmic evolution the Homo sapiens sapiens appeared. Human beings are characterized by the self-awareness. It is almost improbably that the occurrence of biological life and consciousness was random. It is rather a cosmic necessity. The existence of a galaxy is probably the indispensable condition. The appearance of human selfawareness is indispensable to take decisions about important acts related to the fate of human beings.
People are inquisitive and unconsciously motivated to increase the knowledge and technological abilities. It enables them to develop the communication and memorizing systems. They quickly transforms our planet in a kind of a huge global brain [14].
The presented hypothesis takes into account that probably our Universe will expand, adulterate and freeze endlessly [10]. The authors of the theory believe however, that people intuitively try to escape the disastrous fate of the civilization living in the attenuating and freezing Universe [15]. The intelligent inhabitants of the present Universe have probably unconscious drive to understand everything and develop high technology, especially information processing technology (see the anticipation of so called Technological Singularity). Probably it is the beginning of the mentioned drive to build the macro-computer and to implement the essence, especially brains and human psyche on so called second level of implementation. The development of the global Internet, the urge to construct so called virtual reality or simulated reality and the main postulate of all religions about further existence in ' other world ' as well the recent vision of futurologists Vernor Vinge, Ray Kurzweil and many science fiction writers (Greg Egan, Stephen Baxter), what give usually a good insights, push authors of the theory to prediction that really people will ‘scan’ themselves and emulate in the cyberspace. It seems that it is necessary to obtain a much faster and intense development of the thinking and cognition, as well dispersed conscious, intelligent system integrated with the material substance of galaxies. I try to illustrate this sophisticated idea by the Figure 1.
The Ultimate Goal of People
Probably the ultimate goal of people is to do something with the sad vision of cooling, dilatation, and infinitely expanded time space of our Universe. Probably our descendants will try to utilize a massive black hole as a tool appropriate to begin the next offspring Universe [16]. Mighty knowledge, technology and power is necessary however to program and tune the characteristics of the next Big (Little) Bang in such a manner that ensures the offspring Universe will also obey the Anthropic Principle [17]. It would cause the similar evolution of the offspring Universe, who should lead to the occurrence of human beings that will signify in fact the 'reincarnation' of the human species.
Thus people and their descendants of the present Universe will want to master the ability to tune the next Big Bang [17]. Therefore they need to decode genomic information and also the patterns for all reality, including the pattern of the physical and chemical characteristics of matter. The code representation of all objects should be determined. People, who know scientific endeavors will agree that in fact the trial of the understanding of everything has already began.
Importance of the Theory for Psychological and Social Condition of People
The presented theory restores the meaning of the human life. It explains why the effort of people is valuable and that this effort will be rewarded by the possibility of reoccurrence. The theory emerged from the trial of the unification of biological and cosmological notions, however it has implications for the emotional condition of people. Contemporary people need well justified tasks, which point out the important mission, creating ideological or metaphysical motivations of their endeavors. As one of the reviewers of Ervin Laszlo's [18] mentioned book wrote: "Much of the chaos and social dislocation that we observe daily, is not something that is "just happening," but is a result of our own lack of coherence and vision'.
