Opinion
The Declaration of Human Rights in Article 14, affirm that “everyone has the right to seek and enjoy asylum in other countries to escape the persecution.” In other words front of all barbarism and regardless of race, color, sex or religion, the refugee’s main law, care and support. For the High Commissioner of the United Nations, an orphan of war has the right to life, liberty, security, freedom of opinion, educate and participate in community life received. That means- live let’s say that by these statements, we can understand that given the current situation of millions of refugees from different places, different languages and cultures, we can see a work of social inclusion. For only analyzing what is said in the statement, the refugees, who contacted stares into nothingness, a process not named in mourning, Expatriate, who lost almost entirely their cultural, family universe. Able to balance, to understand the new exclução universe and will include socially.
If we could now calculate the exact number of families and orphans that are received by several countries, it would also demonstrate all the social, economic and quality of life of all these places. But at this moment, it is not an article of research, but a chance to think about the social psychology a step further, adding more places for reflection and action [1]. When we got back to think about the crowded fugitives, refugees, various cultures, and even though it has more the place where he created stories, these came with these people, with these people, so one of the European Directive is to ensure the same standards accommodation, financial allowance, health care, inclusive education system, thus ensuring a level of minimum living and close to what they had. The psychological care should be offered mainly to pregnant women, minors, mentally ill, disabled victims of rape and other forms of violence. When have access not only to the numbers, but the fields we know that it is humanly impossible to heed the demand.
Exclusion is cruel and the vision of the future is frightening. But looking for boats that do not stop coming, people do not stop to move, children without families, how we can make projections of a satisfactory increase, for example where all children have equal access to health and dignity. Participating in any refugee camp, we will nominate excluded many (for many not have a job, documents, family, ground, earth), but they are not the margin of the social order, but at the same time cannot be included without suffering [2]. The social approach to this situation, seeks to start a discussion and reflection on the process of exclusion and not treat it as an individual phenomenon, but group with its social inequalities. This view and change and approach before this situation that we currently live in serious scale with children need to be included in a group, a new school and culture, will help break, perhaps the different paradigm, the stranger, breaking the vision of social maladjusted , ethnic minorities, among others.
Martine Xiberras [3] says that “the excluded are those who are rejected from our material or symbolic markets.” Some scholars argue that the epistemological view the phenomenon of exclusion is so immense that you cannot limit it. Thus “any study on the exclusion must be contextualized in the space and time to which the phenomenon refers to” Wandereley, 2001, p.18. In addition to all this movement, we see not only a social, cultural, educational and religious exclusion, but an increase increasing and without control of discrimination and not equity. And the professionals increased frustration, lack of movement and the existing process. For Prof. and current Senator Cristovam Buarque, Brazilian, the word wedge well is “social apartheid, refers to a process by which the other as a being part not only as an unequal, but not as a similar one be expelled of mankind. It is a striking form of social intolerance.
For many refuges or almost, all of your their daily lives, their traditions are over ,they emptied They lost homes, parents, children, all, without knowing where it came from, let alone where they were going. This is hurt, it is loss, is separation, is mourning. Not included. To know and understand we have to search and long-term. The effects of globalization came in and unveiled worlds Secular. But together also unveiled the intolerance, the violence, anger, death, the death of so many innocents. And it opened, in my view, a wide field of study, reflection and action of multidisciplinary teams host and perhaps begins to enable a cultural, family, social redemption.
